We meet remotely on Zoom, so you can join from the comfort of your own home, whether you prefer to write on your computer or with good old-fashioned pen and paper.
Give yourself the gift of a calm, clear start to your weekend! Join our free 30-minute session every Saturday from 8:30–9:00am (PDT). We’ll begin with gentle yoga breathwork to release stress, followed by a deeply relaxing guided meditation to cultivate awareness and peace. No experience needed—just log in and reset!
