My coaching is uniquely informed by my background in competitive rhythmic gymnastics and dance, focusing deeply on flexibility, functional strength, longevity, and mental clarity. You can experience my framework live by joining my group classes and community residencies at premier clubs and recreation centers across the San Francisco Bay Area Peninsula, or by booking premium, one-on-one private coaching sessions—available both in-person at my Redwood City studio and remotely. For those seeking a deeper connection, you can also join the Inner Circle, an exclusive membership ecosystem that offers all-access passes to local group events, direct messaging support, and my curated private journal.

  • I am based in Redwood City, California, and teach from a private boutique movement studio. Avoid the distractions of a busy public gym or crowded studio. My private space allows for undivided attention to your unique movement goals, whether that’s on the dance floor or the yoga mat. For your ultimate convenience, I offer travel sessions within a 10-mile radius of Redwood City. Please note that off-site sessions incur a travel premium to cover transit time and expenses.

  • Yes — I offer remote sessions via Zoom for convenient, secure, and flexible appointments. Whether you prefer morning, evening, or weekend times, remote sessions make it easy to meet from home, work, or while traveling. Each session uses a private Zoom link, clear audio/video, and an approach tailored to your needs to ensure the same quality of care as in-person meetings. If you’d like to schedule a remote session or have questions about setup, technology, confidentiality, or accessibility, I’m happy to help.

  • I am proud to lead group fitness classes for some of the Bay Area’s most prestigious organizations. You can find me teaching at The Bay Club Redwood Shores, Menlo Country Club, Menlo Circus Club, and Sharon Heights Golf and Country Club, as well as corporate wellness classes at Google and Oracle. I also lead community-focused classes at Banyan Tree Women’s Collective. These classes are offered complimentary to members.

  • Most of my group classes (like those at Menlo Country Club or Bay Club) are exclusive or complimentary to members. To see which classes are open to the public and where I’ll be next, please visit my class calendar.

  • To ensure the highest level of service for all my students, I maintain a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please reach out at least one day in advance to avoid being charged for the session. This allows me the opportunity to offer that time slot to another client on the waitlist.
