Join us for a free weekly expressive writing group every Sunday 1:30-2:30pm (PDT), where we explore the power of the written word in a supportive and welcoming environment. We meet remotely on Zoom, so you can join from the comfort of your own home, whether you prefer to write on your computer or with good old-fashioned pen and paper.

Give yourself the gift of a calm, clear start to your weekend! Join our free 30-minute session every Saturday from 8:30–9:00am (PDT). We’ll begin with gentle yoga breathwork to release stress, followed by a deeply relaxing guided meditation to cultivate awareness and peace. No experience needed—just log in and reset!
