Belicia teaches fitness dance (ballroom dance) and Yoga2Music classes at the Bay Club Redwood Shores. I took both of her classes back to back today and they were great! I’m moderately in shape and found the steps fun and do-able while still working up a sweat. The yoga class was very enjoyable with the music component emphasized. The stretching, balance work and light core building was a perfect finish class after her dance workout. I really love how Belicia is very clear and upbeat. Her voice is also soothing. I’ll definitely be taking both her classes on a regular basis. Thanks Belicia!

Belicia is super creative and respond very well to our idea of first dance of our upcoming wedding. She is easily approachable and easily made me and my partner, which both of us have no experience in dancing, feeling confident that we can do this at the end of our first lesson together.
